Roadrunners Open Conference Play with Sweep

SMC Volleyball Team opened conference play with a sweep over the Marian Ancilla Chargers 25-16, 25-10, 25-13. "Tonight was a great team win," said Head Coach Jenny Nate. "We were missing our starting libero, Cadence Knight, and I was proud of the way our team stepped up despite a lineup change and played with great chemistry and focus to get the job done. This was a great win, and we know we need to be back on the court tomorrow in preparation to face off with Lansing on Tuesday."

The Roadrunners are now 11-3 overall and 1-0 in the MCCAA Western Conference.
