SMC Wrestling Places Four at Patriot Open

The Patriot Open in Corbin, Kentucky, is a large annual wrestling event hosted by the University of the Cumberlands. The 2024 edition had almost 30 teams from NAIA and other universities throughout the Midwest, and the SMC Roadrunners made themselves known.

SMC had four placers at the Patriot: Santana Ramon was Champion in the 125 weight class, Colby Klinger placed 3rd in 149, Dayveon Rupert took second in 157 and Nathan Andrina was Champion in 184. 
 
SMC Wrestling next heads to Trine on November 9.
