Men's BB 1-1 This Week

SMC Men's Basketball split the week with a loss on Wednesday at Prairie State, 88-60. The Roadrunners were led by sophomore Davion Goins with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Damontae May added 15 points.

Saturday brought a thrilling comeback win as the Roadrunners dug deep and erased a 15-point second-half deficit to beat the Jackson Jets 68-65 in the 1st Source Bank Fieldhouse, shooting 76% from the line. May led the team with 17, going 3 of 7 from deep, while freshman Deuce Weston shot 50% from the field and 8-8 from the charity stripe. Sophomore Davion Goins added 13.
